Data Deletion Instructions
At Thunaivi, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over the data we process from third-party platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
How to Delete Your Data
If you have connected your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp accounts to Thunaivi and wish to delete the associated data, please follow these steps:
- Login to your Thunaivi Client Portal at ai.thunaivi.io.
- Navigate to Account Settings or Profile.
- Locate the Connected Platforms section.
- Click Disconnect next to the platform you wish to remove (e.g., Facebook). This will immediately stop data synchronization.
- To request permanent deletion of all stored message history and metadata, please click the "Request Data Deletion" button within your portal or email us directly.

You can also request data deletion by emailing our support team with your Account ID and the specific platform data you wish to remove.

What Happens After Deletion?
Once your request is processed:
- All conversation history from the disconnected platform will be purged from our database.
- Access tokens and metadata related to your Facebook Page or WhatsApp Business Account will be revoked.
- Our AI agents will no longer have access to reply to messages on those channels.
